Very pillowy and thick, just like “regular” brioche bread! I’ve mainly only had brioche buns (and not sliced bread) before, but this is really good. I like how I can make a sandwich with just one piece of it and have it feel adequate.

Great for garlic toast (liberally apply garlic dip/spread [AKA toum], place in toaster oven, voila: garlic toast) and French toast.

My daughter is allergic to eggs and we absolutely love this bread! Sadly after not being able to find it this week I was told they discontinued it. Why Trader Joe’s, Why???:(
