This was the best! Fast and easy to make and tastes delicious. Too bad you can’t find it anymore. I wish they would bring it back (especially with higher demands for vegan foods).

I really enjoyed this as well & to this day still look for it whenever I go to Trader Joe’s. I really hope they bring this back as it’s very tasty & easy to make. This used to be one of my favorite items from Trader Joe’s!
Tip: I like to add onions to mine & saute the onions, then add the tofu & veggies & the noodles last (so they don’t get overcooked).
