This is so good, as any type of challah bread is. It tastes just like the regular challah that Trader Joe’s carries during other parts of the year, but with the festive circle shape that some people say represents the cyclical nature of one year ending and a new one beginning. Cool, but I’m writing this in September, and even though there are many months left in the year, still delish!

Genetically modified Canola Oil? Yes Trader Joe’s puts this poison in this Handbraided Challah. Shame on this company to make an old world delicacy into a product unfit for a landfill. Please discard all GMO oil from your product lines!
