I thought these were good, but not mind-blowingly good. They, of course, have a strong dill flavor, but I wouldn’t say it’s as strong as the “popcorn in a pickle” snack that Trader Joe’s sometimes also has. Nice crunch and classic potato chips, and you don’t have to love dill to enjoy these. But I wouldn’t choose them over other potato chips after the initial novelty purchase.

Packed with so much flavor!! These are like sour cream and onion chips, but 100x the sourness/saltiness. Although they are on the over-flavored side, these really satisfy the mid-morning or mid-afternoon snacking crave. The dill flavor is great, and the kettle chips are artisanal. I’ll be getting more of these!

Dill pickle flavor was good. But, the chips were over 75% burnt in bag which took over the flavor.

The taste is “OK”. But the overall quality is terrible. Most of the chips were way overcooked – I’d even say burnt. And they were very inconsistent in their thickness ass well.

  5. Teddy

Nope, these are just salt and vinegar chips pretending to be pickle chips. I know vinegar is of course part of pickle brine but this is a bit much.

Nasty taste. If you like chewing on salt you will be pleased with this product. That said, most of the chips in my bag were over cooked and tasted burnt. The pickle flavor was the only redeeming feature of this product but, not enough to make me think of buying another bag.

LOVED THESE! And everyone I shared them with at our beach bon fire was immediately addicted as well. So much flavor. Especially love the dill. These are dangerous for sure. In the best way possible, of course. 😉

The only problem with these chips is that they’re not available all the time. Agree with Teddy’s comment that they’re related to salt & vinegar chips (which I really enjoy), but the dill flavor is a wonderful addition. Going through withdrawals now that they’re not on the shelves.

Excellent chips, but I don’t mind that some of them are burnt, it adds to the flavor profile. Don’t understand how someone would expect these NOT to be similar to salt and vinegar chips lol, salt and vinegar are the main flavors in any pickle! basically these are salt and vinegar chips with some added seasoning, exactly as they should be. They’re also not particularly salty to me, and I can’t stand salty chips.
