I’m def a cheese lover and this offering from Trader Joe’s came at the holidays last year. They said it was a “seasonal” item. I absolutely LOVE this cheese!! A great “bite” to cheddar…full flavor..many times I eat it right out of the package…forget slicing it…I just break it off! Lol needless to say I was ecstatic when they decide to carry it full time!! It’s a great little cheddar that has become, I must admit, our go-to in the deli drawer. If you love cheeses…especially cheddars, this is a must try!! ENJOY!!

This cheese is usually awesome but the last two times I’ve gotten it it has been off. This last time, it was like solidified lactate, left a burni g feeling in my mouth. Had to toss it.

Ever since I discovered this cheese a year ago, I have purchased it weekly. Like any good cheddar, it is crumbly and has the good strong flavor of a sharp cheddar. It was missing from my Woodmere, OH Trader Joe’s. I can only hope this is a temporary thing. It is, without a doubt, my favorite cheese.

Like all the best things at Trader Joe’s – it’s been discontinued. It’s been gone from our TJ for a while so I asked and they confirmed it isn’t coming back. At least they didn’t give me the “it’s seasonal” excuse again.
