These are sooo good! I don’t always have much faith in store-bought grocery donuts, as they can sometimes be really dry or flavorless. So I didn’t have high hopes for these. But they delivered big-time! I also usually like raised donuts better than cake donuts, but these were some of the best cake donuts I’ve ever had. They could have even been called “coffee cake donuts.” I didn’t feel like the apple cider flavor was super strong, but the donuts were delicious. Great taste, great texture (not the dense, rock-hard kind of cake donuts but the fluffy melt-in-your-mouth kind), and it was hard to eat just one at a time!
