This makes a really good addition to an antipasto platter. It has herb marinated artichoke hearts, tomatoes, eggplant and zucchini.
TJs has a tapas trio of Spanish cheeses, throw in some olives and almonds and prosciutto or other meat and you’ve got a really impressive snack.
