I was pleasantly surprised by this hummus. I’m typically not a big fan of basil, or tomato dips (outside of salsa) — but this was great. They should have marketed it as “bruschetta”-flavored hummus, because that’s what it tastes like! It’s creamy and has a moderate flavor without being too overwhelming or too weak. I ate it with tortilla chips, but I think it would go great as a spread on a bagel or in a sandwich as well.
