This is a pretty good take on a unique veggie burger. It held together fairly well (though, not completely) and the flavors were nice. I would recommend cooking it on a grill or the stovetop, not microwaving.

This is my personal favorite veggie patty. It’s flavors are more interesting, definitely not bland. The water cress and edamame are a really nice touch. I cook them in a pan and top it with soy sauce, sriracha and avocado.

This was literally the BEST veggie burger EVER! Yet they decided to discontinue it. I am very sad. 🙁
