So surprised at how good this is! I thought for sure it would just be mediocre without adding a salad dressing or sauce. I planned on taking a quick bite and then deciding which sauce/dressing to add, but I immediately liked it enough to eat without any extra items. All of the ingredients go really well together. I don’t even usually like cherry tomatoes, but the burst of flavor goes perfectly with the couscous and chicken in this. It also doesn’t expire as quickly as some of TJ’s salads, which often seem to go bad within 2 days.

Absolutely delicious. Surprisingly tasty for no sauce. Reasonable price for how filling it is even though the packaging looks slightly smaller than other salads. Could easily eat this multiple times a week.

This is DANGEROUSLY good!! I was also expecting to have to add a dressing but it is perfect the way it comes! I love taking these to work for lunch!

Good Lunch –
Good amount for a midday meal. Good mix of couscous, chicken, garbanzo beans, cherry tomatoes, and greens. But as I was eating it I was like “but why is it so sour?”
Lemon juice. That’s why.
I might just make my own but drizzle with olive oil or balsamic vinegar instead.
