Trader Joe’s Spicy Jollof Seasoned Rice Mix Reviews
Ingredients: enriched long grain parboiled rice, tomato powder, tomato flakes, dried onion, dried garlic, salt, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and canola oil.
Cooking ingredients – stovetop: in a medium saucepan, bring 3 cups of water to a boil. If desired, add 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter and 1/4 tsp of salt. Add entire package of spicy jollof seasoned rice mix, stir, and cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes until water is fully absorbed. Remove from heat, let stand for 5 minutes, fluff with fork, and serve.
