For some reason that I have never been able to understand, arborio rice is prohibitively expensive at regular grocery stores. Not the case at Trader Joe’s! This stuff gets the job done in any risotto and is cheap! Score!

The quality is at least as good as the regular grocery store, and Trader Joe’s always has a better price. The only problem is that Trader Joe’s doesn’t always have it in stock.
