This is delicious! Don’t let the “reduced guilt” label fool you – it’s perfectly cheesy and amazing, despite being made in the microwave. I’ll be buying this a lot going forward!

I LOVE this mac and cheese – it is so delicious! That said, the “reduced guilt” part is in taken care of with volume rather than compromising on taste (definitely preferable), so I usually have to have an additional snack with my meal in order to feel totally full.

I haven’t tried the regular (full fat) version of their mac and cheese, and now that I have tasted this I probably never will. This stuff is great. Creamy with just a little sharpness, it felt very indulgent

This is the best “reduced guilt” macaroni and cheese I can imagine! I would never guess that it was a healthier (though of course, not necessarily healthy!) version of “regular” mac and cheese — five stars all the way. This is my go-to for an easy microwaveable lunch or dinner.

Sooo delicious!!! I was in the mood for mac & cheese & came across this…I’m not one to typically purchase reduced fat foods (basically because it’s usually worse for your health than the real thing) but I didn’t see the “regular” kind & omg it was amazing!!!! Best mac & cheese I have had in a long time!

Zero stars: Consumer Rip Off
Reduced Fat because they reduced TOTAL CONTENTS IN HALF!! THE PASTA BARELY COVERS ONE LAYER OF CONTAINER!!
Rediculous! Should be reported as consumer fraud . Please investigate your supplier. I am shocked by this, due to Trader Joe’s normal status for good prices and good quality. I did not expect to be ripped off like this.

TJ has changed the recipe on the Reduced Guilt Mac & Cheese. I’ve been purchasing this product for several years, and it’s totally different. Less cooking time, no crustiness on sides, just little curdled cheese pieces, not the creaminess it used to have, more watery. Please bring back the old recipe.
