Accept this for what it is…a very low calorie cheesy-ish peppery-ish dipping sauce…is it a fabulous queso? No, but it is quite tasty and satsfies that dipping craving that you might have

This queso is way more heavy on the smoky, roasted peppers front than on the cheese and garlic front. To me it’s more reminiscent of some fairly standard cheese sauce with one of Trader Joe’s salsas mixed in. Not a bad thing, but if you really want a cheese fix, this might not do it on its own. All in all, though, it’s got good flavor! It’s pleasantly spicy without overtaking the other flavors, and it doesn’t have the problem of being overly salty that an awful lot of cheese dips have.
If you’re a person who likes cheese dips or salsa, it’s worth trying! But think of it more like a glorified salsa than a standard queso dip.

It tastes like cheese whiz with pickle juice. It’s weirdly tangy. It’s definitely not what I was looking for, even giving it some grace by expecting a preservative filled cheese-like product, I’d rather have tostidos queso or the canned queso

This is my favorite dip. I buy this all the time when I buy the TJ’s tortilla chips.
