Great flavor but the meat was so fatty that a lot of the food was thrown away.
I really wanted to love this dish, but won’t be purchasing this again due to the sheer volume of fat in the meat.

I too tasted a tad too much fat in my purchases, but as I wrote, purchaseS (plural) because these are quite tasty and as-close-to-authentic bulgogi as one might find in a Korean pocha.
