Cooked per directions. Undescribable taste/aftertaste when taken in large chunks . Chopped it up and smothered in sauce in order to get the rest of it down. Won’t buy again.

Awesome stuff. Great texture, good taste. Chopped up into small bits, pan fried in olive oil, then added coconut milk and spicy curry sauce. Tossed in some broccoli and chard – voila! I can’t get enough! I’ve even done the same method but with fried rice and spicy soy….reminds me of seitan but half the price. Love.
