I’ve never left a food review before. I felt I needed to. This was by far the most terrible assortment of gourmet meats I have ever had. It is overly fatty, an odd brownish color, and each of the meats tastes terrible. The capocollo was “okay.” The salame and proscuitto actually taste as though they have gone bad. I purchased it last night, and tried to use it on a sandwich this afternoon and have found it largely inedible. I eat many types of these meats from high-end expensive deli’s to the ALDI version. Some are better than others but this was the first I have ever found to be genuinely disgusting. I’m seriously wondering if maybe I just bought a package that had gone bad.

Found a bone sliver in the product. Cut my mother. Thank goodness I didn’t swallow it.
