I love, love, LOVE this bread! And I love it because of the seeds–They add a delicious complexity to the flavor and texture. It also freezes very well. I usually keep it in the freezer and take a few slices out as needed.

I love this bread and I am SO disappointed to not find it at Trader Joe’s in San Diego where I have moved. This sourdough was the best and the seeds make it so much better than other sourdough breads.

I love this bread but I can’t find it in any Trader Joe in Temecula but they sell it in MorganHills up North..please let me know if any Trader Joe in Orange County sells that bread..

Love it lightly toasted with Irish butter! Whenever I fly down to Elk Grove, CA from Alaska I bring an extra small suitcase to load up. The loaves fit into a gallon Ziplock and I freeze them as soon as I get home. Can last months. It makes a great gift up here too!
