Very good bread — vrust and crumb. Makes excellent toast. Freezes well. I keep it as long as 2 weeks in the fridhe double-bagged in plastic.
BUT MY LOCAL TRADER JOE doesn;t carry it any more, sold only 4 loaves a day. How can I get it?
