I really wanted to like this, but it’s just too weird of a combination I can’t think of anything that it would be good on or with. Maybe on pancakes? The Apple comes through very strongly.

Had a sample. It was okay. Not bad, but not great. I’m not a huge stilton fan, so that’s why I’m not crazy about it. The flavor is interesting, Can taste a bit of the fruit. Never tasted this flavor combo in cheeses. Like all stilton, it’s crumbly.
