I don’t normally care for blue cheese but I was instantly hooked to this Stilton Blue Cheese which I happened to try at a get-together for the very first time.
The texture is smooth and the after taste is egg like, and not pungent. I am going to put Stilton next. to my favorite Brie cheese from now on.
