I was surprised at how much I liked this! I don’t eat dairy, but I’m not a big fan of cheese (whether vegan or regular). I had to heat this up for like 50% longer than the directions said, but it ended up being so good. I put some sriracha salt on it, which really took it over the top. Good texture, taste, and the pasta is perfect for it too. Definitely one of the better vegan Mac and cheese dishes I’ve had!

It is shameful how much palm oil that trader joes uses in packaged fast food and has the audacity to call it “vegan” even though by now consumers know that 85% of orangutan population is dead because of palm oil harvest, just in the past 20 years. It is NOT vegan if you make an entire animal population go to the verge of extinction. For what? We DO NOT need palm oil in ANYTHING. Please do not call it vegan when you murder a population for no good reason
