Purchase always, a few at a time…again, smoked salmon, cream cheese, chives, fresh dill, and capers..dry champagne…Sundays always seems the best with this combo !!!

I was baking them at first with mediocre results, but once I tried pan-frying them I was won over. They are delicious fried!
