Excellent ketchup, especially for truffle lovers.
It’s from Italy, home of the truffle. It’s not as pasty as American ketchup, it’s a little runny but the flavor is fantastic. Tip: to make truffle fries buy TJ’s frozen fries and cook them in the air fryer oven. Maybe even brush with a little truffle oil first. Then season with truffle salt and then dip in this truffle ketchup. Restaurant quality truffle fries. You’re welcome.
