Not for me. Very watery when I first opened the package. I had to drain it off. Very strange, odd flavor. I like feta so it’s not that. I hate food waste, but I actually threw this out without finishing it. If you’ve not had the Pimento cheese dip, try that. Much better…

Soooooo good! It’s a little watery when you open it, so be careful, but it can just be mixed back in. It’s kinda like feta and ricotta had a baby with roasted red peppers. It’s delicious on toast, wasa crackers, as a pasta sauce base, you name it!

Delicious! Add a dollop to cooked al dente penne pasta with sliced grilled sausages. So easy and so good!!!! Great with gnocchi too

If the water is off putting, simply mix it when you open it. I think it just loses it’s homegenation while sitting on the shelf. I agree with the other reviews on the different texture of the cheese – the first time I tried it I thought it was almost like cottage cheese that went through a food processor (tiny curds) – I know that sounds weird but give it a chance! The texture is different but good, especially when juxtaposed on yummy crackers. I have been known to eat the whole tub in one sitting.
