These are pretty good. It’s one of those frozen Trader Joe’s products where you need to heat it exactly the right amount or it will be either soggy or burnt to a crisp. When you get it right, and with a good sauce, it’s delish.

These are the best steamed. I eat mine with a sweet chili sauce and they are absolutely delicious.

These are the best ever so are the shrimp – I make them in a non stick frying pan with sesame oil and add a small amount of water and keep moving them as you brown them, a little spray of water keeps them moist so they don’t burn or come apart , I had so many compliments on them for work potluck lunches and dinner parties.

They would be nutritionally better if the last ingredient-PALM OIL-were not in the dough. TJ’s should know better.

My fam loves these as cooked per package instructions. They are also great to put in soup. Just make a broth with some ginger, garlic, sesame, and soy sauce, add the gyoza and cook them, then just before serving I add baby spinach (sub vegetables of your choice) so it’s just wilted, not soggy. Nice supper on a cold evening.

not sure if this bag was a bad batch, but these were inedible. cooked up fine and wrappers did not fall apart, but filled with nondescript veggie mush, and no thai flavor. sorry excuse for potstickers. tastes like the filling in Lucky Foods spring rolls 🙁
