TJ’s keeps this low cost because it’s all vegetables. Steam these bao for the best results. You get light and fluffy buns that gets eaten in two bites. The mushroom/carrot/onion filling was flavorful but I found myself wanting pork buns as well. A mix of the two would be a good dinner/lunch.
