SUPER easy to whip up and throw into a salad to make it a bit more substantial. My favorite way to eat this is in a Greek style salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, onions feta, a bit of arugula and a splash of olive oil and salt. Delish!

I like the chewy texture and nutty flavor of this Israeli couscous.
The problem is it sticks to the pot and I have to scrape it off at the end.

couscous is fun to say –
Can’t get enough of that chewy bouncy al dente texture! Still experimenting on the perfect couscous to water ratio
