This chicken is consistently great. I make it for dinner (cut up and stir fried with veggies) about once a week, and it never disappoints. Very juicy and tender.

Sadly this chicken has lost its mojo for me. I used to buy it every week. My kids and I all loved it. Now the past few months every time I buy it, it’s rubbery and disgusting. I don’t know what happened- a different vendor, a different method of preparation, but I end up throwing out almost completely full packages now every time I try and hope it will be like it used to be. Sad they changed what used to be such a good thing.

I LOVE TJ’s Rosemary Chicken. I’ve had it heated up or fresh out the refrigerator, cut into slivers with TJ’s Arugula and drizzled with little olive oil…perfect for a hot summer day meal. Oh and with a glass of Chardonnay.

Searching for a good way to have protein for lunch and found this flavorful balsamic chicken. I slice it diagonally after cooking in the microwave, eat a third and save the rest for 2 more lunches. I have balsamic glaze that I drizzle on the top. So good, moist and flavorful. My husband also likes this.
