These are delicious! Not even just for being gluten-free, either — they’re actively good. Very moist, and they deliver on the “hint of maple flavor” that the box promises. I would eat these all of the time except that they are very high calorie, so I only indulge on rare occasions. You’d be hard-pressed to find better gluten-free muffins than these ones!
