These are surprisingly good for frozen falafel. I cooked them for probably almost five minutes longer than the directions said, because they were still somewhat cold in the middle otherwise. Good after that!
Obviously, not better than some freshly-made restaurant falafel, but a good weeknight dinner to mix it up.

These are awesome! The packaging looks different now, but they do still sell them. I make them in my air fryer and dip them in hummus and add a little bit of lemon juice and water to the hummus to take it up a knotch.
