These are surprisingly good for frozen falafel. I cooked them for probably almost five minutes longer than the directions said, because they were still somewhat cold in the middle otherwise. Good after that!
Obviously, not better than some freshly-made restaurant falafel, but a good weeknight dinner to mix it up.

We love these! I like to put them on top of a vegetable or green salad, along with some of their goddess dressing.
