Have been diagnosed with celiacs about a year. Still looking for “ the cookie” that will make me forget that it is gluten free. This is not it. Texture is ok, but on the dry side. Chocolate flavor tastes muted and the finish is way too salty. If you are desperate, this will do. Disappointed and the search continues.

The box I purchased was at least half crumbs and half cookies, and perhaps more crumbs than cookies. Maybe it has something to do with the recipe, and almond flour, does anyone know? Not sure if all boxes are this way or just that I got lucky 🙂 I might buy again and use it for a toping, but not as cookies unless I hear something different.

I’ve baked cookies from scratch with almond flour so I know how “temperamental” the product can be without all the dough conditioners and preservatives.
This is my “go-to” bedtime snack with a cup of chamomile tea. Please do be patient with the bakers. Please remember this if you are comparing an all-natural product to highly engineered one. baking p

They’re right half the box is broken sometimes. But it’s flavor beats the chocolate biscuitti.
