I enjoyed these a lot. They are soft as expected for cookies that do not have to be chilled. They took literally 5 minutes to prep, super easy. I have a convection oven, so I’m not sure if that has anything to do with it, but I had to bake them about 4-5 minutes longer than suggested, and I had to flatten them myself after 10 mins of baking because they did not sink down by themselves. None of that was too much trouble at all. Very delicious
