This is a semi-soft, savory cheese with a delicious onion taste. The flavor is like a cross between a gouda and a salty Cheddar. One of my all time favorite cheeses!

Great grilled in pan or baked over potatoes/fries/etc. The onions give it that extra flavor.
Don’t melt in soup. The texture turns weird.
