Gluten-free pizza crust made with broccoli, corn flour, black kale, olive oil, and salt.

This was surprisingly good! On one hand, it’s not as if it’s solely made of broccoli and kale (as you might think from glancing quickly at the package title). Corn flour can make almost any pizza crust edible. But the broccoli actually does add a little kick of flavor that’s pretty nice (on top of the additional nutrients).
I had to cook this in the oven for far longer than the package said, and even when I finally took it out, I felt like I could have left it in longer to get a more even crisp. That said, it was good! It was chewy in a good way, and went well with the toppings I used (for example, mushrooms and vegan pepperoni).
