Not great..the broccoli to cauliflower ratio was off and the cauliflower was just a much with no discernible florets. Taste was OK but looked sad

I liked this for the flavor but I have to admit it was pretty mushy. I baked it. What I will say though is it is super heavy. You can’t eat more than a couple tablespoons so we had a lot left over.

Don’t bother. Heated in microwave and mixed as per directions but the cheese sauce never set the right way and was separating in curds and clumps. Soggy vegetables. Very mediocre taste. Sad item.

This was super yummy- even when reheated the next day for lunch! Not sure how others prepared there’s but I cooked mine in the oven for 25 mins, stirred it a bit and then put it back in for 5 mins. The top layer was a toasted layer of cheese and inside was a delicious mix of veggies and creamy cheese sauce. I ate this with some flounder I lightly sautéed and it was filling- and only about 200 calories total!
