Had a sample. Mild and creamy. Not too sharp. Only wish it was half the size as I’m the only person who will be eating it.

Delicious sharp cheddar. I had a sample at the store and I thought it was very good. Bought a pack and just sliced and melted some on a piece of Ezekiel bread, it’s sublime!
