King Of Beacon –
I was absolutely shocked how good this was.
Patty Boots –
It looks like frozen scrambled eggs when you pour it out on the pan 😀
Tastes like a creamy mac and cheese but with rice.
There’s a lot of liquid as it cooks. Instructions say to add 3 TBSP of water, cover with a lid and stir constantly. At medium low heat I didn’t have to worry about the risotto burning but there was still a lot of water. The last 2 minutes of cooking I took the lid off and stirred waiting for it to reduce till it reached a creamy consistency.
This might be better than TJ’s mushroom risotto or a good alternative. Hope they keep it as a regular item.
