One of my favorite products at TJs. This risotto, when cooked with chicken broth, is very savory. I doctor it up a little, with garlic sauteed mushrooms, italian herbs and onion powder. Delish!

This risotto needed a lot of help to taste good. Must use the chicken broth, also added juice from a pork roast. Which made it much better.
