I was impressed with this pork roast I purchased at trader joes!!
This is a perfect piece of protein to feed a family of 4 when we are out of time to put dinner on the table in 30 minutes. The meat was nice and juicy when you dive into each slice, yum yum !!!

SO GOOD!!! The whole time it was cooking it smelled heavenly. It was tender, juicy and had the most delicious FLAVOR. My family loved it. I had purchased a larger one (they are sold by the pound) and we had slices for lunch for a couple days. Each time, it was just as mouth watering, moist and amazing tasting as the first meal. I hurried out and bought another one for the freezer (seasonal item; but it is vacuumed sealed). I am definitely getting more of these next year! Impressive enough for company but couldn’t be easier
