Very good mozzarella. I slice this and put it on pizza.

This mozzarella was much too solid, dry, and dense for me. It didn’t have the bounce one should find with mozzarella in a salad, cappers, etc. I didnt try it on pizza which is where it may hold up well.

Although this is your good old mozzarella I am sick of all the PLAIN mozzarella at T J’s!! Why did they discontinue the “Smoked Mozzarella”??? WHY??? Too much of the same over and over. Bring back the smoked!!
