Excellent bread — perfect for cutting up and serving with olive oil and/or butter as a nice dinner appetizer. Tastes like it could be served at the beginning of a meal at a nice restaurant.

This pugliese is good, but not quite as good as the half-baked sourdough or ciabatta (though still worth it if those are out!).
