These are delicious, and you’d never guess that they were gluten-free. They’re soft and melt-in-your-mouth with just the right amount of chewiness. The cranberries also add the perfect amount of flavor without being too bitter like some cranberry items are. They really taste like fresh baked cookie, and the flaxseed isn’t too “crunchy” or present.
