The flavor is good enough, but these beans and not black beans. They are pinto beans, pink in color.

These are the best Cuban Black beans ever! Unfortunately, Trader Joe’s in Sandy Springs GA has discontinued them!!
I recently moved to Atlanta from Westport CT and I’m sick that they d/c’d these beans as well as the pear halves in a jarnof white grape juice versus water! Please bring one or both of these items back to Atlanta!!

These are not Cuban beans. They taste like beans with some cheap salsa thrown in. Huge disappointment. Shouldn’t advertise thing like this. I love Cuban food and this is a joke.
