These are amazing. Sounded kind of weird, but unique enough for me to give them a try. I’m glad I did! They basically taste like chocolate cake with a raspberry syrup filling. Aka yum. They don’t have much of a ‘tamale’ texture or anything, but it is a cool feature to have them wrapped in the corn husks. I heated them up in a steamer basket on stove top, and they came out perfectly. I want more!

Eating one right now! Tastes like a warm soft brownie that was made with REALLY good chocolate. Only one very small complaint. I would love a little more raspberry filling. ..but still really good
