I found this grated “cheese” quite disgusting. The texture is rubbery due to the cellulose. FDA suggests no more than 2% cellulose (a wood derivitive). From what I’ve read, this brand contains just over 20% cellulose. It’s quite tasteless too. I would give it no stars.
