These are super cute, and have a great texture. However, it seems like something might have gone wrong with the production/quality control. They have a really bitter taste – and not in a “sour candy” or “tart & sweet” way. Other people I know who tried them independently brought up the exact same point. Really bad aftertaste, too. I was excited to try them, but I couldn’t even finish one piece.

Texture great. Extremely bitter aftertaste. Off, unidentifiable fruit flavors. Usually I love your goodies. These are a miss.

Very strange taste that I can not seem to identify. Cilantro? Cleaning solution? After eating a few my tongue hurt and I could not get rid of the odd aftertaste by drinking water. Really unpleasant after taste that tingles a little and lasts for a long time.

Got these recently and they tasted really bitter, like chemicals. After the second one my tongue was itching, couldn’t even finish them. Was hoping they would be similar to other ring candy, but I was wrong.

Nope, avoid at all costs. Thought the colored part was the problem, but the white is equally as bad.
