Cooked easily and tasted good . The directions states you can place it in the microwave, which I did and seasoned. Next time, I will wrap it in aluminum foil with seasoning and butter or olive oil. I will purchase it again since it is so small( about the size of a soft ball. Great for packing for lunch at work or making cabbage for 1-2 people.
