We followed the package directions but these never rose. They tasted terrible and no one ate theirs. Returning the package for a refund!

I’m haunted by the deliciousness of these rolls. My dad served them at Thanksgiving, and all of my shame over not making my own rolls melted away. Rich, buttery, doughy (not in an undercooked way, just in an essence of bread way) . . . And the Rosemary flavor was perfect. I don’t know whether these are seasonal, but I hope not. If so, I’ll be crossing my fingers that the season lasts until the end of the year, and that they come back.
I have noticed one or two reviews mentioning that they didn’t rise. Maybe there is something missing on the instructions? Trader Joe’s should look into that.

I agree with a previous review–this Monkey Bread is terrible. Didn’t rise and it was dry and tasteless. I purchased two–the one I prepared went in the trash, the other was returned for a refund. TJ’s was gracious and refunded my money with no problem.
