I’m not a big fan of TJ’s garlic hummus at all. I love garlic in dishes, and in spreads or as part of garlic bread, but this hummus was too bitter for me; it didn’t have the “brighter” side of garlic flavor, only the more intense part. I wouldn’t buy it again, but if you like strong garlic tastes, you may have a different experience.
